Made by Yuzuya in Hagi (a quaint little town 11 hours away from Tokyo) This yuzu juice has a great tang and sharpness to it. It is now one of the hottest flavours coming out of Japan.

It is a very versatile ingredient, you can use it for salad dressing, cakes, ice creams, cocktails but our favourite is to make a warm and soothing drink with yuzu juice and honey.
