Coloplast Atrac-Tain® Moisturizing Cream 5 oz Tube Non-Occlusive, Preservative-Free, Fragrance-Free Atrac-Tain® Cream offers superior moisturizing relief for severely afflicted, dry, scaly and cracked skin conditions. Contains 10% urea and 4% alpha hydroxy acid (lactic acid). 10% urea moisturizes by increasing the water binding capacity of the epidermis (stratum corneum) and attracts water to dry skin cells. 4% alpha hydroxy acid retains moisture, increasing skin elasticity and resistance to cracking. Also acts as an exfoliant, which facilitates sloughing of dry skin cells.
